About this app

NutriPet is a pet food scanner and meal journal for dog and cat owners. Review available ingredient information for the selected pet, compare saved scan results, and record meals and observed reactions.

New scans and OCR checks, Scout questions, profile changes, and new journal or care entries require active NutriPet Pro access.

Pet food scanner
• Scan a supported pet food barcode automatically.
• Photograph a clear ingredient label.
• Use one clearly framed food photo.

Camera permission, connectivity, image quality, and available product data affect recognition.

Pet food ingredient information
Review available ingredient context, warnings, confidence, and missing information. NutriPet keeps unknown or incomplete product data visible instead of treating it as proof that a food is safe or complete.

Dog food and cat food context
Create or edit separate dog and cat profiles while Pro is active. The selected pet stays connected to food checks, saved results, meals, and notes, so one pet's feeding history is not mixed with another's.

Compare pet food results
Compare up to three saved scan results without declaring one food a universal winner. Retained scan results remain viewable and comparable if Pro ends.

Meal tracker and food journal
With active Pro, add or change Food Journal and care entries, including meals and observed reactions. Entries are personal observations. They do not diagnose an allergy or prove that a food caused a reaction.

Scout guidance
With active Pro, ask food and feeding questions using the selected pet's saved context. Scout provides general information, may be incomplete, and is not veterinary advice or emergency support.

NutriPet Pro access
An active NutriPet Pro subscription is required to:
• Start new scans and OCR checks.
• Use Scout.
• Create or edit pet profiles.
• Add or change Food Journal and care entries.
• Use Cloud Backup.
• Export PDFs.

If Pro ends
Retained data remains viewable and deletable. Retained scan results remain available for comparison. New Pro actions stay unavailable until access is active again.

Available products, localized prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and eligibility conditions are shown before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Google Play before renewal. Payment is handled by Google Play. Manage or cancel an active subscription in your Google Play account settings.

What’s new

Improved onboarding and notification reminders. You can now return from a reminder and continue setup from the right place, without unexpected screen changes. Reminder options appear only when available. We’ve also improved subscription screen stability and overall reliability.
