Awful, do not buy. I have had this device for over a year and it has never been reliable. After finally reaching out to their customer service, I did get some advice that made sense, so I tried it. I moved the thing next to my router and used an ethernet connection to the router to get it on the network. It made absolutely zero difference. Leave it on the shelf and don't waste your money.

New 2025 update SUCKS. I constantly get messages that there was a problem communicating with the Tablo servers. It also freezes after I'm done watching a recorded show and I have to exit and restart the app. It's also very slow to load the home page when I open the app. For the record, I do not keep my recordings and periodically clear the cache, so I don't think it's a memory issue.

Terrible, watch for a few minutes and then it just spins. All the other streaming apps work without issue. I can disconnect tablo and just use the antenna, no issues. Don't waste your money. Just to confirm, it's still awful... Audio is live but video froze. Update on 01/27/2026, still terrible... wouldn't recommend. Thought it would get better, I was wrong.
