Tablo is a device that lets you watch and record live TV, subscription free. Just one Tablo delivers antenna TV and free streaming channels to every screen in your home.
Simply connect your TV antenna to Tablo, connect your Tablo to your home network, and you can enjoy live sports, local news, and favorite broadcast TV shows, and even free ad-supported streaming channels on any Fire (Android TV) device via the Tablo app.

update: nightmare - for some unknown reason, about once a week or so the app keeps forcing you to reconnect to the tablo which is a complete nightmare and time consuming process as it can never "detect" and reconnect to the tablo and sometimes you can never get it to connect! WHY do you have to constantly reconnect to the tablo in the first place!!!! And note I have my tablo connected via Ethernet to try and remove any potential additional reasons for connectivity errors.

Keep freezing. Installed the new App as recommended by the Tablo team to replace the legacy one on my Google Streamer. It is connected via LAN cable straight to the router. The new GUI is nice. but the app itself keeps freezing. Even if you clear the cache. it won't budge. We have to reboot the device almost daily. I emailed customer service in which they replied back almost within a couple of sec. That tells me that I'm dealing with AI. Then there's no solution.

Great when it works. I constantly get Playback Errors and need to "Retry or Dismiss" (spoiler alert, retrying doesn't work). This happens while watching live and playback. For the record, I do not keep my recordings and periodically clear the cache, so I don't think it's a memory issue.
