Terrible, watch for a few minutes and then it just spins. All the other streaming apps work without issue. I can disconnect tablo and just use the antenna, no issues. Don't waste your money. Just to confirm, it's still awful... Audio is live but video froze. Update on 01/27/2026, still terrible... wouldn't recommend. Thought it would get better, I was wrong.

Having used the original Tablo app on a first generation device, I am very disapointed in the features of this new app. This app no longer has a mode to show all of the upcoming broadcast shows so that you can easily schedule a recording. I could filter the upcoming shows by type or genre to make searching easy. I do like the addition of the streaming channels. However, the lack of an easy record option negates the main reason of having a DVR type device.

I don't know if its the app or the firmware on the device, but this is so buggy it's almost unusable. it took me days of trying to get it all setup and channels synced without freezing up. now I have it setup, it randomly freezes video of live TV and recordings have yet to actually record or play. I hope there are updates coming.
