The concept of this app could be so useful. Unfortunately I cannot even finish creating my sign in because I have to get the confirmation # from my email. As soon as I go to my email and then right back to the page, it has refreshed therefore the process has restarted. This is easily fixed if you use two different devices for set-up. I do not have access to two separate devices πŸ˜”

This app is absolute garbage and I don't understand why pen and paper or simply typing it into a website was discontinued for it. It's buggy, sends straight up false notifications, it requires you to reverify every time you tab out of it. it's not more convenient and makes this bureaucratic process significantly more inconvenient. I would rate this a 0 if I could.

The member benefit page is blank. There is no way for me to reapply for my snap benefits. The message area says nothing about my upcoming deadline to reapply. On the faqs page the text runs off the page. I can't resize it or scroll to read it. So I guess call and wait on hold for a couple hours to get transferred to another department where the call drops, and repeat.
