Went through reset password process. After email was verified, no navigation to actually reset the password anywhere - dead end. Tried logging in with verified email and code for email verification as the pass & received 'account not found'. Reacting to that, app hung on new acct creation after changing email when prompted. Setup sucks!

Easy to see what my pet needs, I can book appointments and even chat with staff about my pets! Love not having to spend time on the phone calling during business hours since I can do everything with the touch of a button any time I want.
