Ratings and reviews

Terrible banking app. Every single time I log in the same error message says, "we couldn't establish a secure connection. Please check for updates." Tries to reroute me to the Play store where there are zero updates. I have to tap past the error message multiple times in the same session. My balance will only update/ display if my VPN is turned off, which is a security risk. Online transfers and check deposits often don't work and I have to resubmit multiple times. Genuinely the worst app I use.

Bad Update: In order to log into my online banking, I now am forced to either submit to a biometrics login (which is an invasion of my privacy) or log in manually Everytime with username and password instead of with my Pin that I set up when I first set up the app. I don't like this and I am most likely going to uninstall this app because of it.

the app seems very secure and easy to use the people at OB Credit Union are very friendly.
