I took a chance on this brand due to the suction, overall I am satisfie, but could be improved with a simple update. 3 improvement requests: 1) When 2x clean, it goes the same path each time... only horizontally. It does a much better cleaning when it can go vertical and horizontal. On the second cleaning. 2) Allow for map updating each time, so if an object is in a different place the second time it will clean the previous area. 3) allow emptying 1/2 through clean (large areas)

Fundamentally broken app. My phone prefers 5GHz WiFi. My router doesn't have controls to disable 5GHz or turn off SSID broadcast for 5GHz. The robot only does 2.4GHz. The app should allow me to configure the 2.4GHz robot link while my phone is connected to 5GHz but it does not allow that.

The app itself is great, Significantly better than the Shark app. But the company apparently no longer makes device support products like mop pads, brushes, & filters.
