So far the app is quite good. Except for creating a favorite account. It is impossible for us to key in the generated OTP within sometimes in 5 seconds. I spent for about 45 mins to just created 10 accounts. I wonder how can I complete it for creating about 50 accounts. Pls give us at least 30 seconds to KEY IN your generated OTP. Sometimes, It gives us enough time to do so, but sometimes it give us just within 5 seconds to do so. Overall, the system generated OTP is not standard in timing

Terrible, OneToken not showing, browser loads incredibly slow, so much unnecessary hassle just to log in. I wouldn't even recommend OCBC as a bank to use. Business wise, you need to log in through velocity on browser, which prompts you to have OneToken or OTP on your device to login for security purposes. But, their browser loads so slow, their app doesn't really work, so you're spending half an hour TRYING to log in. It's the only reason why I have time to rate this disappointing app and bank.

Very very lousy banking apps ever. Very slow like siput sedut. Loading all the time. Really troublesome. I thought business apps should be laju since users are gonna make alot of transactions daily? Feel so dreadful if I want to do transfer. I know your customer base are not as many as local bank like Maybank or Cimb, but this is too much. Did you guys use system from 1980? Mysejahtera lagi laju. Not convinient at all.
