Worst app ever. It is required to open a bank account but it's like vibe coded without testing, full with bugs. Can't scan id. detects id, app enables flashlight and says error can't detect id. keeps flashlight on forever after error. tried 2 different phones. both same issue. after 5 attempts of scanning id, one went through, after complete process 99% upload signature - "something went wrong" start over from zero. Stay away from this bank

This is a LOW TECH app with many bugs. 費到無人有。功能少，又成日crash！

This is honestly the worst app I've ever used and one of the primary reasons I'll be switching banks for my primary corporate account. The fact that I have to give one star just to write a review already feels excessive. It only works for logging into the web platform. Even then, it struggles to receive push notifications until I force close and reopen the app at least once. Sending payments within the app is not possible. Payees and bank lists usually don't load, so you can't advance.
