Once again after reinstalling last week to reauthorised the device as a token few days ago was asked to do it again. But after few code error was locked out. Bare in mind this phone i have been using for each log in and approval for a year. Was told the issue has been going one for 2 weeks and no solution on hand? We need to pay business expenses and workers salary. We cannot wait for cooling period for each and every transaction. Fix it or i will switch all my business account.

My initial complain: After the latest update, my android phone cannot log in. It just stuck at the logo and nothing goes on. Tried many times to reinstall, the outcome is always the same. Immediate follow up from OCBC team: Customer Service was very helpful. Guided me online step by step with patience. the problem remained unsolved. The OCBC team attended to my case in person, and discovered a software issue from Samsung. Managed to debug and resolve the issue. Impressed by their quick response
