Don't know if this is from a new update, but I literally cannot login because my password is too long, i was able to get in just fine before (that's why the password was that long in the first place), but i literally cannot put in the final 2 characters because i hit the limit

There is a bug in the OCBC application when we are looking at the balance in an account from year to year. If we force the application to always not respond, if we force it the response will be very slow and eventually exit by itself. Please fix this part because it is very important.

My issue has been solved, but it takes 3 working days... such a long period for a minor issue. And the only person who can identify and notify the issue is their instagram admin through DM, at least they responded to my DM and were able to tell me the issue. While the contact centre and emails only did a template reply. The way they handle problems and issues is so irresponsible.
