Very frustrating as I often unable to sign in to the app, I tried other bank's mbanking and they worked fine, so it's not the network issue. I need to sign in to the app quite often since I always using it for qris payments. Please fix it.

never had such bad experience in opening bank account, the app itself cannot login, and even detected as virus on my phone, after uninstalling the app and uninstalling the antivirus, which is recommended by the bank staff (weird right? we need protection from the antivirus, but for this m-banking app, you have to remove your antivirus), after doing all this step, the app still won't open...what a waste of time...

almost every time I open the app, no button can be clicked even after several updates since last year it keeps recurring. no matter how many time i restart the app, it still cant be clicked thus I cant login anymore
