Used to be great app, however the latest update breaks everything. The app warned about suspicious apps (third party launcher and costumization app) and ask me to delete (won't do it) or disable the accessibility feature (I did it), but after doing that the app still stuck in the ocbc logo. I used the "suspicious" apps for years and never had any problem except a warning about accessibility setting. It's so annoying that a bank dictates what (power) user should or shouldn't do with their device

I have never leave a negative review before this but I must on this app. From one of the big bank, the simple credit card application flow is broken! Literally just a normal flow but when something load a bit it return me to the first page of applying for credit card. Then there's an option to continue where I left off with my data and it just return me to the first page! Literally just looping around again and again and again. Broken!

For me, this app works well. However, the user flow for some of the main features feels clunky; many features are hidden, while others require too many clicks. In addition, there are some bugs: after my first login, I was logged out, and it wasn’t until my second login that the app worked normally.
