Unlike most of people, some change their phone because their previous phone is dead, completely. Thus opening your "primary" phone is impossible. That's why we have OTP right? It seems the information I provided to log in is not important as long as I have access to the "primary" phone. Customer service is a joke, they're not solving my problem, just providing information that is obvious which clearly if I can call the call center, why should I go to WhatsApp that made me wait 5 hours?

After using this app for several time, suddenly i got error "this app cant run because the device is rooted device or in an unsafe environment." This is strange because i never root my device. All my other banking app is running well. Try to reinstall but still the same. I cant access my balance then. 😩

I just try to open account online through this app, and not able to registered email address with warning "use the email address that you registered". What the heck? Bro, I want to open new account with new email address, but the warning doesnt make sense.
