what's wrong..suddenly bug and i can't open and check my balance when I was overseas...so bad apps from well-known bank even un-fix after 3 days I tried to contact your cs and no solution.. you guys didn't solve your apps problem but asked customer either delete other apps for your apps or close the account..amazed .. 3rd comment : your apps problem you asked people to delete the apps .. other banks apps no issue at all

This bank should hire more capable people. After update, this app requires me to uninstall other 'suspicious' apps before I can use it. Did it 3 times for 3 different 'suspicious' apps but it still keep asking me to uninstall more apps. Never happened with other banking apps. Called TANYA OCBC for solution, alas their advice is very stupid to me: use 2 phones, 1 for OCBC app and 1 for others. Seriously??? Please don't reply this review by a standard response to call TANYA OCBC. FIX THE APP!

App changed my passcode. can't change it because it comes up with an error code every time I try. This app is riddled with problems and gets worse by the day. Sad, because the app itself is easy to navigate when it does work.
