I've loved this app, but since switching phones to a different Samsung model, I can't use it at all. It takes me through the beginning steps, up to the "allow notifications" page and then no matter what I do, I can't progress. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared data, allowed notifications, nothing has helped.

I rarely can log in on the app I really can login on the app. I can't even get my QR code to refer any friends right now. All I have is a blank white screen every time I open the app. I've barely been able to donate because it doesn't even often work at the kiosk. Even when I try to sign in at the center they barely recognize my fingerprint I've had to go back so many times.

I am so frustrated..it looks like many many ppl are having the same problem. The old version was fine. The new one gives me that blank white screen. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled many times but nothing. Currently, my local donation center wont let me use the kiosk instead. Stupid. Then theres no way to donate. Im so mad. Will be forced to take business elsewhere. Good job app.
