WORST online shopping app EVER!!! It's always crashing, constantly logging me out, everytime I search for a product something goes wrong and asks to retry but doesn't actually do anything, AND when I miraculously do get to the check out poiny, I can never check out!! If I go to the store to ask for a price match they won't do it, so defeats the purpose!! I will stick to CVS that doesn't give me any problems and frankly has better deals and rewards. Waste of my time.

When app login doesn't work or locks up, try closing the app and reopening it. That sometimes fixes it. The information shown for prescriptions is often incorrect. For example, a prescription filled for a 90 day supply is often (but not always) still shown with a 30 day count, causing the app to prompt the user to refill 60 days early, causing confusion and angry messages from the insurance company. The old version worked correctly, a few years back. Shopping doesn't work at all currently.

It's so strange when you find a store's app that's WORSE than the store's website for shopping and purchasing. But Walgreens has accomplished it! This app is mostly fine for prescriptions, maintaining your account, or checking the weekly ad. But if you only want to shop, skip the app and go to the website. The page layout may not be as clean, but the search works much better, and you can easily find locations that have an item in stock, neither of which work well in the app.
