I love the idea. But app does not track miles at all. I reached out to the support team they asked for a photo on the mounted device I sent it to them and then reply "how can I help you" (when them self requested the pic), not useful at all. And a picture of a mounted tablet will not make a difference in the GPS I think it's just a fraud it doesn't calculate your miles based on the tablet GPS at all.

Okay, new review based on the response that I got. If you have a supp phone number, PUT IT SOMEWHERE WE CAN FIND IT!! It's not on the website or the app that I could find! Online support can not be 100% relied upon, as my experience proves. Companies need to keep their phone numbers readily available in the event that systems break down. And they always do at some point. I shouldn't even have to say this to people who are running a business. It's mind boggling really, but, profit margins 🤷

The 'Play Octopus' Tablet is a great compliment to the Rideshare experience! I am a Driver for both Lyft and Uber, and I have enjoyed having another stream of income while providing fun games, weather, sports stats, interesting facts, and advertising. It is well worth the extra time of setup and upkeep (securing, cleaning, and placing). ✌🏾👍🏾s 🆙🤗
