I used Kolet in Ireland and had an excellent experience. The service and coverage were both excellent. I had a couple of small issues and tech support was immediately available and was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient so my issue was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend Kolet and will use them again.

I needed this App when travelling. I had some difficulties with my internet connection and the environment I was so I had some issues. The Customer Support ladies were very helpful and professional and guided me throughout until the App was running and was up and running...

I purchased Kolet last May for a trip to the Dominican Republic, and it worked great. However, I experienced issues during my next two trips: In June, while visiting Poland, my device connected to the network but had no internet access. A few days ago in Canada, the same problem happened—connected to the network but no internet for 6 hours before it finally started working.Because of these recurring issues, I’m disappointed to say that I won’t be purchasing Kolet again.
