Not great. I've been trying to get ahold of somebody for a month now to change my email. I emailed once and they changed it and then after the update it went back to the old account and I have tried chat call email and have gotten no answer. The call center just said we'll have Tech Team get a hold of you. The app itself is clunky and it's hard to find my extra entries and drawings also just trash

This app has always been simple and navigating from screen to screen isn't the best. (Good example you can't go back to saved eslips when you're already viewing one, you have to go back to the home screen to relaunch the saved eslips list.) For the last few weeks though, I cannot generate QR codes on eslips to purchase tickets with my picked numbers. I haven't even bothered to buy my regular draw tickets since this issue started earlier this month. Reinstalling didn't fix the issue.

The app used to work fine for me before the most recent update. I just updated it and now it won't access any game results, how to plays, etc. Basically anything it needs to access from the internet won't load. (I've uninstalled and reinstalled as well, just to see if a clean install fixed the problem. It did not.) Please fix it and I will change the rating to 4 or 5 stars, depending on how well it works once it works at all.
