This app has always been simple and navigating from screen to screen isn't the best. (Good example you can't go back to saved eslips when you're already viewing one, you have to go back to the home screen to relaunch the saved eslips list.) For the last few weeks though, I cannot generate QR codes on eslips to purchase tickets with my picked numbers. I haven't even bothered to buy my regular draw tickets since this issue started earlier this month. Reinstalling didn't fix the issue.

The app used to work fine for me before the most recent update. I just updated it and now it won't access any game results, how to plays, etc. Basically anything it needs to access from the internet won't load. (I've uninstalled and reinstalled as well, just to see if a clean install fixed the problem. It did not.) Please fix it and I will change the rating to 4 or 5 stars, depending on how well it works once it works at all.

Since last update earlier this month the app will not scan non winning tickets. say invalid or expired even on tickets from today that weren't winners. Sucks that people are going to lose points this month. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache after customer service recommended it but that didn't change anything, just wasted my time! 😡
