If ambient sounds keep you awake, you may already fall asleep with headphones on, playing calming sounds before bed. During the day, you listen to different music, but your player remembers everything and may start recommending tracks similar to your nighttime sounds. Opening and switching players every evening can also get tiring.

SleepGate helps you use your favorite audio player during the day and soothing nighttime sounds when it is time to rest.

Choose your daytime player, add your own nighttime audio files, set a day/night schedule, and let SleepGate switch modes for you. SleepGate does not include built-in sounds: you choose and add the audio files you want to use, such as white noise, ocean waves, rain, or other relaxing sounds.
