My experience with the Ola Electric mobile application and the S1X Plus model scooter was disappointing. Bluetooth connectivity issues were a persistent problem, often resulting in difficulty unlocking the scooter. Additionally, frequent reboots of the scooter and inability to connect the proximity sensor for unlocking made the user experience frustrating. Extremely poor app in terms of usability. Have to uninstall the app and reinstall many a times for it to work to minimal extent. Making a scooter is easy as India has done this in style for decades. Making an app/tech based vehicle is the only thing Ola had to do and they are far away from being good. I hope they find this well and work towards getting it better.

One of the worst apps that I have used, bar none. Keeps getting unpaired - need to repeatedly pair. Security settings page showed blank for almost two days after purchase and I was not able to change the passcode of the scooter - this meant that the scooter was highly vulnerable, with the default passcode set (which everyone knows). Settings page is still showing blank for me - not able to configure anything. Don't buy Ola - they cannot write simple software and scooter is useless without it.
