when I am adding my new car it showed nagative balance. that number never existed before. so I tried to connect support but there isn't one. so tried to connect this so called support thing in a basic English it says that it is beyond its abilities. so I had to pay the amount for my sake. I paid first time it went to balance. i thought I made a mistake. then I paid again. I thought finally it's done. but the balance amount got vanished which I diposited first. not credited to my account. worst

In ride booking(not parcel booking) when we reach the pickup point many clients are asking to send parcels. So like in rapido please give an option for the rider to cancel the ride by giving reason as "asked to send parcel by customer". Because of this issue lot of petrol and time are being wasted for riders. So kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thankyou

Paid ₹299 for a subscription, but the plan was never activated and no refund was given. The app takes money but provides zero service. Driver support is completely useless, no proper solution at all. This app treats drivers unfairly. They keep the money stuck and just waste your time. Both time and money are wasted. Uninstalling.
