Even after doing subscription as per the ola, the pickup is giving more than 4 kilometres. if customer cancels the ride due to pickup distance and arrival time in between to reach customer no cancellation fees are giving. No rides are giving less than 2 kilometres. But the otherapps like Uber and Rapido providing rides even 200 metres. Then what was the issue with Ola driver partner app for cabs

I am trying to complete the delivery, but the address shown in the app is incorrect. I reached the location displayed in the app, but the customer was actually at a different location, around3–4 kilometers away.Due to this mismatch, I had to travel extra distance, which caused additional petrol expenses and unnecessary trouble. There are no incentives provided for such situations, which results in a loss of money and time.Kindly look into this issue and provide a proper solution or compensation

For the past two days, I have been recharging my Ola account with ₹25 daily, yet I am not receiving any trip bookings. There is a third-party app—similar to 'Auto Clear'—that appears to be intercepting and diverting all the trip requests. I have been wasting my money recharging Ola every day; starting tomorrow, I will stop recharging.
