I am using ola for a long time but before update aap interface is good and it is efficient while accepting order but after the update app interface was very bad and it's difficult to accept booking because of interface or fonts. App locations accuracy is also not working properly that's why we are not getting bookings in busy areas and peak hours. You are focusing on rate but at overall timing of the trip kindly Focus on time as well which rate is worth for the driver as well.

I am using this app, compared to other apps it's good for auto and cars. But for bikes there is a very small amount. 1. Very few orders were received for the bike, most of the people are using other apps for the bike also. Pls Bring it to the public's attention. 2. Kindly increase the amount for a bike trip. If I calculate the profit without fuel cost, vehicle usage cost, commission and pickup KM(extra) the profit is very less. pls increase the bike trip amount. it's useful to all bike drivers.

Hello Ola Support Team, I have never driven with Ola before. This is my first time registering, and I simply entered my vehicle number. However, the app is showing an outstanding amount as “Payment Pending.” I am unable to understand why this amount is being shown, as I have never used Ola for driving. Moreover, when I try to proceed with the payment, there is no option available to make the payment. I request you to please look into this issue, clarify the reason for the outstanding amount
