Worst OLA Experience. Recently I took a OLA outstation ride. I have travelled for 280kms and they charged me for 482kms. In response of complain they are giving me different excuses different time. On questioning on each excuses they are giving another excuse. Be alert before taking any OLA Outstation. On further query OLA told me that the driver had already informed me that "OLA used to charge wrong amount". So they have already alert me and they can't do anything further. They expect for further business with me.
Puting the same issue again and again without solution. The time shown before booking the cab increases after booking confirmation. It's so annoying. We book expecting that the can or auto will arrive in so n so time and when booking is confirmed, it increases. Also if we cancel, we are charged for the same. In case of autos, u can see so many autos in the area, but when u try to find a ride, u r told no autos. Need srious fix on this. Further to annoy we never get status of our complaints. If we have raised some issue, should not get the update about what happened to it or what action was taken?
My Share pass experience: It's useful and convenient. But I had to cancel the share pass after using it for more than 3times. This share pass is fantastic. The cab fares are relatively lower. However, there should not exist sharepass. I don't want to pay anything extra to be a loyal customer. I m frugal!
Driver charged extra ₹300 and, at the same time, amount was also deducted from wallet. Customer support from app didn't work. Called up the customer support for issue resolution. They asked the driver whether he charged extra cash to which he, obviously, denied. I got a reply back saying I wouldn't get a refund. Dear Ola, please spend some time and do a decent background check of your driver. I never ever got any such issues with Uber. This was my first ever experience with Ola which turned out to be a mess.
It is a pathetic application and it's service too..how can u charge for double the cost of estimated rate.... seriously pathetic and cheating service...i have booked ola for a outstation for 1 day and because of traffic my journey was extended to 1 day and 2 hour and because of extra 2 hour ..i was charged for the next day...and if u call ola service..u will get a reply that's we are sorry we can not help u.... worst application used still now...and for short journey it's charge u more than a taxi ....then why to use such app...😣😣
I have to decrease my rating because Ola are not looking into behaviour of its Drivers. In Chennai the drivers are continuously asking over and above meter reading. They are straight forward asking for cancelling the trip because either they want otp before or they need extra. No action I think had been taken by ola. Beware while booking Ola Auto or Cab ij Chennai
