Off lately, the app hasn't been of much help. Not a single ride that gets confirmed in the first instance reaches the pick-up point. There's frequent cancelation. To ride to a destination, min 5 rides are canceled. It's very irritating to keep waiting for a long time only to get the rides canceled till the very last moment. To what destinations are only the drivers willing to go if they keep canceling every ride !? And the fare is too high, just keeps surging in a few minutes' time

Useless. They took money out of your account before even confirming how long it will take to get there and what the cost is. My fare was between $10-$17 and they charged the maximum amount for a 5 min car journey. The app picked up the wrong pick up location and wasn't able to edit it. Messaged the driver 3 times.. called him 3 times.. nothing. took 10 mins to pick me up. Could not have had a worse experience.

Instead of cab service we can say it is a looting service. There is no customer support number to call. If there is an emergency don't know whom to contact when there is no customer support. Apart from high fare prices they also charge 100rs extra if you change the destination along with the new destination price. I really wonder how it got 4.1 rating when majority of the reviews are with bad ratings.
