Money Account Information App

The Money Account app has been transitioned from a banking application to an informational service following the closure of the Money Account product.
This app no longer supports account access, login, authentication, transactions, payments, transfers, statements, or any other banking services. All previous account functionality has been permanently disabled.

The app is now provided solely to:
● Share important product and servicing information.
● Guide existing customers to available support channels.
● Direct customers to alternative products and services.
● Provide access to information regarding the closure of the Money
       Account product.

Customers who require assistance can follow the links and contact information provided within the app to access the latest servicing options and replacement product offerings.

Please note: No banking transactions can be performed through this application, and no Money Account services are available within the app.

Ratings and reviews

I relocated to the UK in November 2023. My app was removed by Old Mutual, so I have no access to my account at all. After numerous emails between app support and complaints, it is established that the company cannot call international numbers, cannot explain why my app was deactivated in the first place and the best solution is to switch off my card until I can return to SA in person and sort it!!!🤣 No hard feelings! At least I'll have one less bank account to worry about soon.

Beautiful App, user-friendly and simple. Only downside is when I have wanted to use it to do payments or simply check balances, coincidentally there is constant "maintenance" taking place. Another addition which would be helpful would be the accessibility of the App without data. My other banking apps can be used without data/Wi-Fi which is a lifesaver in desperate times. BUT I love this app, and Old Mutual as a whole.

Great app! I've been using it for more than a year and i must say i never had a problem with it , i can even login without airtime/data as long as i have internet connection, what makes it even cooler is you can purchase a funeral policy or submitting a claim and checking your existing loan amount balance. Great customer service aswell. And you get rewarded for transact with your Money Account Card.
