I had an error on my mobile order and canceled it immediately. Then placed the corrected one. The store called me and asked if there should be 2 orders, when I told them no, they said I had to cancel it on my end. The app will not let me cancel again. On the correct order that was delivered, I was missing an extra sauce I paid for, but I can't notify anyone. Anytime I called the actual store, no one ever picked up. Love this place but the app sucks.

Trying to use the "Sign up with email" option there is no ability to just type in a date, instead it's forcing the iPhone 4 mentality that everything needs to be a scroll wheel. You also cannot select a date that has not happened yet, so you need to fill it in from the right, left, then center (Year, month day). While trying to create a password, you get red text that there are "6 Characters" (or more), and the app will not proceed. If it's 5 it's too short?

Cannot login to the app, so I attempted to reset password. says "invalid code" so cannot reset password. Tried to create a new account and it says "email is already in use." I just want to cancel and start all over again, so that I can get the campfire feast discount this weekend. Emailed guest relations and says 2-3 business days for response. Guess we will eat somewhere else.
