a waste of phone storage honestly. the points seem to work but most orders don't go through. it can't remember a favourite location. you spend more time trying to pre order than it would take to just show up, order, and wait. wrecks your day tbh

The latest app update has been the worst. It hasnt been working since about mid- November. Can only scan for points or redeem gift cards I cant order online anymore, history is gone, only available location is in a different city, providing feedback yielded no response. Definitely impacts how often Im purchasing by alot; its pretty annoying.

Edit: they apparently "fixed" the app. But it still doesnt accept any form of payment. And ive tried multiple cards. They ruined the app with the latest update. Doesn't locate where I am properly, and gives me locations nowhere near me. Have to input my location everytime, and you cant order online anymore. Absolute trash app.
