Locations do not turn off the app even if they are closed unexpectedly. My payment was processed and the location was closed for the next few days. Eventually my order was marked "complete" even though I had not been able to get my order (returned to the location multiple times). I submitted feedback forms and attempted to contact both the location, and head office, with no response to date. The company/app developer should provide an option for the location to turn off ordering in real time.

Would be nice if there was a way to contact about refunds when locations fail to deliver and refuse to refund customers because they claim its the apps fault. Would also be nice if the app didnt switch from delivery to pick up on its own after you click to confirm the order. It was delivery when I checked it over before I confirmed it and then it changed to pick up after that. After there was nothing I could do about it.

Wish I could add protein on top of the booster to any smoothie. You can do it in the store. Also, needs store times updated. My go to store is opened passed the times indicated in the app. It doesn't let me order online after "the closing time". Edit: App no longer working. Invalid request no matter what I do.
