Locations do not turn off the app even if they are closed unexpectedly. My payment was processed and the location was closed for the next few days. Eventually my order was marked "complete" even though I had not been able to get my order (returned to the location multiple times). I submitted feedback forms and attempted to contact both the location, and head office, with no response to date. The company/app developer should provide an option for the location to turn off ordering in real time.

I noticed the price looked more expensive when I was about to place the order through the app for fast pickup so I went in and ordered instead and it was indeed cheaper to order at the till than to do it online. If I'm picking up the order there's absolutely no reason to charge me more money by purchasing through the app. I do NOT recommend using their ordering system as they are trying to scam you and you likely won't even have to wait long by ordering in store anyway. Rewards system isn't bad.
