Long time user and generally ok. But random bugs without no feedback or resolve. Currently , it declines my credit card on file, that I've used 100 times. Had to put in another one, it worked once, then same thing. Put old card back in, worked once again, then declined again. So, went inside and paid with that CC no problem. Otherwise, I've used 100s of offers and got tons of free items w/rewards.

Extremely confusing. Keep losing my order before I can check out. After adding an offer, can't find how to use the offer. Does not offer Google pay as a payment method, therefore forced to enter credit card number which is less secure. Spent a half hour trying to do an order, losing it multiple times, and the offer I could never get to work. Or it will experience.

App has a bug that kept it crashing. Decided to log in a different way, wouldn't accept my password, reset the password, tried to login again, set account is locked for too many failed password attempts. I'm in the parking lot in an oversized vehicle trying to order some food and I have been for 30 minutes. I give up, I'm going somewhere else to eat.
