IHOP really doesn't want my money, with this app. 4 seperate times now, the app has declined my transaction stating that my payment was unsuccessful. There's no way to troubleshoot it, and customer service isn't helpful at all. Card is an active card, and I've had no problem paying for pickup before. But it still doesn't work with alt payment methods.

Easy to use and navigate menu options. As well as tracking points and rewards. I order from here frequently and I would rate a 5 star. My only issue is that this should have options for adding chile pepper Serrano and spinach and sauteed mushroom options to and meal. I constantly have to order this in the restaurant when I go to pick up.

How is this app so bad and not intuitive to use. I just ordered breakfast and it took 48 minutes to get through the arduous process of trying to order and then fix things when selected right and then try to move on to the next and then I lost everything in the part. Other apps are so intuitive and take you to the next step is easily as possible this is just not in that class so food is worth it I'm still looking forward to it but man it was a effort to get there. I
