i love the app, except for the fact that there aren't great options for customisation. I have food allergies and sometimes I have to call in my order. my major problem though is that I haven't been able to access my rewards for quite some time. The only option for contacting anyone about a problem only has to do with your experience with the restaurant

IHOP really doesn't want my money, with this app. 4 seperate times now, the app has declined my transaction stating that my payment was unsuccessful. There's no way to troubleshoot it, and customer service isn't helpful at all. Card is an active card, and I've had no problem paying for pickup before. But it still doesn't work with alt payment methods.

There's no cyber security to protect your account from being hacked into even after changing your password multiple times. So don't save any payment methods in your account. It's impossible to cancel any orders once you've discovered your account was hacked into. Additionally, when you send a request for them to delete your account and personal data from their system, they reject your request asking for more verification. Which is absurd when they couldn't even stop hackers.
