IHOP really doesn't want my money, with this app. 4 seperate times now, the app has declined my transaction stating that my payment was unsuccessful. There's no way to troubleshoot it, and customer service isn't helpful at all. Card is an active card, and I've had no problem paying for pickup before. But it still doesn't work with alt payment methods.

One of the worst apps I've ever used, doesn't let me proceed with placing an order due to so many errors and crashes, especially when I want to make a delivery order. They would say delivery is available so I can spend my time adding food to my order, and later say online order is not available at this time, making all my effort go waste. Same issue arose last time on their website so I was hoping this app would be better, but never mind.

Can never use the actual app. There is always an issue. This time rewards isn't accessible so as always have to use the mobile website. Logged in to find half my rewards expired. Not one email about it. Also, the rewards system sucks. Maybe you don't realize you sell more than just breakfast yet can't use rewards if you want a sandwich or a salad so they just accumulate unusable. Why are they for specific items? Can't even use them for the pancake of the month. Such a waste of rewards program.
