Ratings and reviews

Keeps asking to "accept cookies" on every screen. Very annoying. I now have a new Galaxy s25, and it won't allow me to log into my Portillos account anymore. I can't get by the "Verify you are human" screen. When I was able to log in prior to my new phone, and accepted the cookies multiple times, the app worked very well.

Horrible. Have to reject cookies & don't sell my information multiple times every time you access the app. 99% of the time you can't get past the cloudfare verification to even sign into the app. so pretty much the app is worthless. not to mention that you can't pick up your food in the Drive-Thru you have to go into the store and pick it up. my experience has been that it takes longer to go into the store to pick it up than it does to go to the drive-up line

I love Portillo's but the app is atrocious. I have to confirm cookies every single screen. I don't understand why it won't save my preferences. The only permissions it asks for is location and that is granted on the app. I've never told it to restrict anything yet I have to accept cookies on every single screen I navigate to. It's also absurd that perks is completely separate. I shouldn't have to be rerouted to log into a separate account. They should be integrated.
