I get so frustrated every time I try to place an order Ihave given up multiple times. The most frustrating, when trying to pay by card is the app telling you that there are no saved cards. Even though you know you did save it. And then manually typing in your card info, only for the app to tell you your card is associated with a different account. Turns out the problem is that the cards are saving ... You can see them online ... But you cannot see or use saved cards through the app.

Always a problem. Every time I use this app, I hit a snag. Whether it's inputting my credit card, setting the pick-up time, choosing a location...there is always something. Sometimes out of frustration I just cancel the order altogether or order in the store instead. And since the app requires an update nearly every week, it should be free of glitches.

Works well so far since the latest update. One thing I don't like is that it automatically adds a tip. It can be removed, but if you don't notice it... seems sneaky. If I want to leave a tip for an online "to-go" order, I'll do it when I get to the restaurant and see that it's ready, the order is correct etc. But overall, the app itself works very well and is easy to navigate.
