The app (or stores themselves) have no way to disable ordering from a store that is closed early for whatever reason. I travel a lot, and I can't go back to individual stores for refunds, which JITB requires, so I'm just out that money. Unacceptable in 2026. It will also list curbside pickup for a location only doing drive thru. Again, not sure if that's an app issue or an individual store issue. Nice app only deals on occasion. If the location is even open that is. Add a no ice choice too!!

It looks like we didn't deliver the app experience you should expect. We should be knocking it out of the park, and hope your next experience is better!

This app glitches a lot. New products and certain sauces won't load on the restaurant's end (it doesn't show up on the sticker receipt but it shows up on my app receipt) so I'm always missing items. In addition, I hate that I can only redeem one reward at a time so if I have rewards for fries and a burger, I have to place 2 separate orders, which doesn't guarantee that they'll be ready at the same time. Also logs me out a lot. Just not an efficient or reliable app.

Forced to pay on the app, no offers allowed to be used in person, like most other apps out there. Not sure how something so basic can be completely missed. Edit: Beware of submitting too many receipts at once, their system doesn't allow it, top it off while you're wasting time trying to find out WHEN it will accept the receipt again, you can miss the 72hr window and it won't get accepted at all! Really? There shouldn't be a limit on receipt submissions if you paid for your food!
