- Nothing works in this app - Every operation is super slow and they put their logo animation at every step just to mislead the users - Not able to do properly check-in - Not able to add the tickets to the Google Wallet even when app has an option to add to Google Wallet - Not able to select meals for a booked flight, it always gives an error on the app and on the website, the support email didn't seem to care and reply - They seem to ship the app and website without proper QA and testing

I booked a return ticket from muscat to kochi but unfortunately I missed that flight but they cancelled my return ticket with out any notification and I know this just before check in they didn't inform me early also ...now I have to purchase a new ticket for very high price...I contacted customer care and they also told me to buy new ticket...so for everyone u just book one way ticket separately otherwise u will face this trap

Cheats customers on pricing. customer support rude & does not care. advise not to book this airline at all and NEVER book early. booked a ticket 4 months before travel. Oman air reduced the price by 20%, for later bookings. Please notice that nobody is even responding to reviews on Playstore. that is the low level of care.
