The app interface is slow, laggy, and at times unresponsive. The number of bugs and glitches you encounter is crazy. A few times, i get logged out and am unable to log in unless i forget the password or clear app data. The card information is never saved for payments, You'd expect that a company such as Omantel would hire a better developer, but it's quite sad to witness their official app being this poorly built.

I had a bad experience. Buggy app, 1) I pay by my card and it says "payment rejected" although it was successful and I can see the package activated and payment went through. 2) Also, I top up data and does not work, it goes as balance. I lost money because of it 3) Also I tried to save bank card and it doesn't. 4) I tried to create a master account and it says error, try again later or something like that 5) I called for help many times and it just say "all agents are busy" I can go more

Very poor execution. They want you to think that they are friendly but in all reality they put many "walls" to stop you. they say they accept AMEX and Visa which technically is true. However, the 3D-Secure software they use will reject your card. you will have to go to the store and buy cards to top up. Not the end of the world. So you top up and buy a plan right? Wrong, the app lags behind. I added 30 OMR to buy a plan and the app only ever showed 10 OMR. so now you have to use the phone dialer
