worst ever Never advice anyone to use it . application is slow (bottleneck). they miss use the automated features, the auto pay is dissabled and auto renewable is not functioning can't even turn it off . still, they will renew any out dated subscrib once you recharge unless c . I was about to subscribe to monthly 5 ryal plan, but they deduct 3 ryal to renew the weekly plan. we bare your mistakes( is it a mistake ?) the only way to cancel renewal is through *666#.

very bad application, not suitable for the largest telecom company in Oman, always logging out and asking to log in again every time with stuck to log in

Worst application ever i used. Often too much buggy not loading any thing. no way to find out how much data or call minutes left in my account. Have to close then open close then open many times. I don't know what the company doing. Instead of doing multi millions in marketing yet the application productivity below poor. I request omantel team to use other companies like vodafone, ooredoo, renna etc mobile application to get to know what they offer.
