غير عملي! Why do I have to wait for an email from Omantel every time I need to reset my password? I have my phone in my hand, send that message via SMS instead. Your email never made it to my inbox (or my junk folder for that matter).
Not good to use coz every time server down and bank deducted my money but bill showing not paid than I have to visit main branch ...need to fix this issue. .
limited functionality & account activation through email doesn't seem to work properly , the ooredoo app even the old version is way better in terms of functionality & speed. .
I tried forget my password so I use forget reset password option when I entered my registered email address andId last digitits showing wrong say pls check your email or your Number
Not able to claim my Makasib points, and always gives me an error
Initially worked find then I had login problem. I tried password reset feature several times but never worked. I am helpless.
