Very poor quality. Badly designed and implemented. New update doesn't even allow me to login with my fingerprint, as it did before! App doesn't allow to top up with normal international credit cards. App is not able to show all plans and options subscribed to! And many other important issues! Very disappointing for an operator such as Omantel!!

Terrible, they want to trick you to transform to postpaid. I'm on prepaid, and everytime I want to renew my month package it says "Ops something gone wrong. Please try again later."! While on the top there's always a big purple sign of a new postpaid offer is available for you. Seriously, it's been two days where I can't renew my data through the app, I have no option but to go back to Vodafone. Terrible as usual.

Regular annoying ads and the only way to stop them is to block all notifications from the application. As a paying customer, I do not expect to have to tolerate advertising just so I can get useful notifications like billing information. If thos was a free or subsidised service I would be more tolerant of ads.
