The programme is definitely working for me, however the app keeps getting stuck on a page saying I need to download more of the program and it then crashes when I press to download. This means I have to uninstall the app each time to get it working again and loose all the days I've just worked through. I've just lost 11 days and have to start again & this is the 3rd time it's happened. Without the bug it would be great but getting frustrated that I have to keep restarting the whole program.

I had previously read McKenna's 'I can make you happy' book with CD but of course I've not owned a CD player in a long time, so the app seemed like a great idea. it took me about a month to get through the 3 week program, because I ended up restarting after a couple of slip ups in the first week. After 3 wks, something clicked. I no longer constantly craved the usual foods that I would binge on and struggle with when stressed, bored, hormonal etc. My end goal became the priority. Amazing!

I'm on day 16 with the app and have lost 1lb so not working great for me. I previously used the cd and book a few years back and found it quite good then. So far the daytime sessions aren't that helpful for me as I don't eat due to anxiety or emotional reasons I think it's because I'm a bit piggy and love the taste of food... and wine. No mention of help with booze so far and that packs on the calories. Will edit at end if my experience improves.

Thank you for the feedback. If you can go down rather than up over the festive period then I think you're doing well! Where emotion isn't the trigger then the sessions around pace and thought process when eating might be more useful. Good luck.
