OncoBuddy is a digital healthcare platform of 4baseCare that provides a comprehensive solution to cancer care enabling patients in their fight against cancer. The platform creates a patient-centric ecosystem to connect, create awareness, and empower people affected by different types of cancer.
The app is designed to support cancer patients and caregivers to partner more closely with their clinicians, access their medical records, and avail of complimentary allied services (Psychology, Genetic Counseling, Nutrition, and Palliative care) for cancer patients.
1. OncoHub - Cancer Community to Share and Learn
Given the distress and emotional uncertainty accompanying a cancer diagnosis, community support groups can significantly help cancer patients. The OncoHub of OncoBuddy contains a diverse group of clinical practitioners who work in multidisciplinary teams (MDT) with medical, nursing, and scientific healthcare professionals. The community also has various cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers who share their stories and experiences to help other cancer patients cope with the journey.
It also provides a virtual social support system that transforms into a community allowing cancer patients to communicate with experts, acquire knowledge, and provide support throughout their cancer journey.
The community platform will enable Cancer Patients/Caregivers to:

One of the biggest hassles of cancer management is keeping track of medical appointments, records, treatment regimens, and screening tests. OncoPHR is your Personal Health Record manager, which allows you to manage, update and share your medical records digitally easily. The unique and specialized AI algorithm is trained to handle oncology medical records specifically.
Our AI-Powered medical record management will enable Cancer patients/Caregivers to:
• Upload and manage all their medical reports, prescriptions, and bills online.
• Reduce the burden of carrying physical copies of reports every time they consult their Oncologist.
• AI Technology helps them view all medical records in structured and chronological order.
