With the 1&1 Control Center app, you can use all the advantages of your personal customer area on your smartphone or tablet - anywhere you have internet access. Always keep an eye on your data consumption, your call minutes and the costs incurred. For example, view your customer data and invoices, extend your contract, instruct us to port your phone number or move your internet connection. Wildly overpaying for extra contracts that I don't want, and somehow still NO INTERNET!? The app and all customer service is in German, and when you don't speak well enough they give up. The app has a privacy protector that stops you from using any translation apps. They set up a fiberoptic connection (at the correct address) but have failed repeatedly to send the modem to the correct address. In the meantime, they have disconnected the Internet from the DSL... weeks of contact and no change

very bad. every month this app just kicks me out of it and blocks my access and gives the reason that you are accessing through a third party. I am facing the problem from last 6 months and now its stressful to deal with this, better to choose other options rather than having 1&1 connection.

Bad custom service!! They play with your prices and add contracts to your account without consent, they added 3 extra contracts to my account! Been a customer with them for some time now and I have been dealing with this regularly now and they have already over charged me additionally +€500 since last summer and I have been trying to get that corrected but bad luck on that and they are really hard to reach and I have already requested TKG from them but they are not taking care of it!!
