Ratings and reviews

I have been a customer for the last 3 years and for that exact time I have tried to change my address in the app but with no result as they can't seem to be able to send you the confirmation message. They sent me a new sim to the old address and deactivated my actual one. Imagine paying monthly for that service..

Support closes chats without replying or even attempting to resolve the issue. The app itself is convoluted and full of unnecessary information, while the privacy settings (to opt out of traffic sharing) are buried deep in a multi-layered menu.

It would have been nice to have language options, not all your customers speak German natively.
