Your 1&1 Control Center

With the 1&1 Control Center app, you can use all the advantages of your personal customer area on your smartphone or tablet - anywhere you have internet access. Always keep an eye on your data consumption, your call minutes and the costs incurred. For example, view your customer data and invoices, extend your contract, instruct us to port your phone number or move your internet connection. Helpful instructions and answers to frequently asked questions will support you with your contract and all 1&1 products!

Ratings and reviews

Bad custom service!! They play with your prices and add contracts to your account without consent, they added 3 extra contracts to my account! Been a customer with them for some time now and I have been dealing with this regularly now and they have already over charged me additionally +€500 since last summer and I have been trying to get that corrected but bad luck on that and they are really hard to reach and I have already requested TKG from them but they are not taking care of it!!

There is no option to choose a language other than German, and app has privacy filter enabled so inbuilt Android translator doesn't work. It's useless for people who are not fluent in German and you have to go to normal webpage where same data is displayed but you can translate it...

It says I am not connected to the WiFi when trying to optimise WiFi, while I am in fact connected to the WiFi of the 1&1 FRITZ!Box. But I changed the subnet to 192.168.1.0/24 if that the app does some rough filtering like this.
