I contacted the customer service while I had an enquiry about porterung from a mobile number. After I was interrogate as to why I wished to and to were and then many attempts at a sales pitch to stay to which I in the end had to get very annoyed with the very nasty woman who I had on the line an several waiting lines and no result, Was told to do it by e mail. And they wonder why I am moving on!

App itself works fine, the company is shameful.They change the rules and contract content without telling. In fact they refer to a contract content that I still don't have in my contract to date. When I point it out, they simply consider the matter closed. Unbelievably arrogant. I used them for 6 years without a problem and suddenly these changes began to come up and now we are at a point where no matter how I prove them with past call lists and invoices, they ignore it

I like the app as it is stable, doesn't crash, simple in use with good design and do what it suppose to do! Finally I found a company who has stable customer service over the phone without a 30min waiting and no hidden costs. The only issue I had was Tech appointment as it took 2 weeks to come. My main reasons why I choose you were: monthly contract (love flexibility), price and because your coverage is nice. Overall I'm happy with this service. 😊😊😊
