Yes,they ask for a lot of info. They're loaning you money. It took about 15 minutes but I had 50 in my account. My only complaint is that the interface is light in color with a lot of light text. I have a visual impairment and the more contrast the better. But overall it went very smoothly.

I have had an account with them for a while. It Cant verify my card. I had no problem with cash advance when it was apart of the website. I deleted my account and restarted the process and now I cant get pass the bank account process
