Simple in features, but everything I expected. The preset EQs and customizer are very good. I tend to listen to classic rock and the electronic version was all I needed. New to the headphones so not reviewing them. The download of a high definition codec/LDAC worked very good and better sound. Also has a burn in feature (12 hours!) that I will try. Perhaps the previous reviews were for older software. No complaints here.

Need ability to change custom settings for "touch and hold" to other options, not just the noise reduction. Also need ability to set each side independent and separately, such as volume for double tap on one, and skip song for the other. Poor app support by the developers. Thankfully the earbuds do work well for the most part but the lack of app support leaves a sour taste. Not sure I would recommend this app or headphones unless new features in app are added.

Decent, but as others have mentioned the app is very basic/lacking features. It's sad as 1more earbuds are phenomenal! Please add custom EQ and the option to edit touch controls individually on both sides of the buds. Or at least update so that the notification is not constantly showing, this happens even when the buds are not connected. Very annoying... Thank you for the efforts.
