About this app

Tokend is a secure operations dashboard for teams using AI agents and connected business services.

Connect approved API providers without placing private credentials in an AI chat. Assign each bot only the connections it is allowed to use, monitor model activity, and review estimated token spend from one workspace.

With Tokend you can:

- Store provider credentials in an encrypted server-side vault
- Grant scoped API access to individual AI bots
- Monitor agent activity, token usage, and estimated spend
- Review connection health and successful provider actions
- Organize client work in isolated workspaces with owner, admin, and viewer roles
- Connect supported services including AI providers, email tools, hosting platforms, databases, automation services, and CRM systems
- Enable optional multi-factor authentication for additional account protection

Raw provider secrets are not displayed after they are saved and are not returned to connected AI agents. Tokend gives assistants permission to perform approved work through secure server-side connections while customers retain control of each grant.

Usage and spend values are estimates based on provider-reported activity and current model rates. Final provider invoices may vary slightly.
