This app doesn't seem to work at all. I go to book a service and it prompts me to enter my organization name so I do and I just keep getting server error. I also clicked sign in (not realizing it was already signed into my account) and it just kept saying invalid password or user email. Yet I was already logged in. I clicked reset password before realizing that I was already in my account, and still haven't received a link to reset my password. What is the point of this app if it doesn't work!

Challenging to actually get set up. I kept entering my e-mail address to register and got a useless "POST ERROR" message. After several attempts it worked, but it did not accept my password. Again after many attempts it appeared to work. I kept trying to log in but my password was not accepted. It did not tell me that I first needed to check my e-mail to verify the account. I did this and the app finally let me in. I clicked on "My Services" and got a blank page. Every time I log in a get an error that says "UNABLE TO VALIDATE VERSION". It has asked me about push notification enabling twice.

After filling out all the personal information to start a chat, the agent had to ask for this in the chat again anyway and then it was disconnected and i had to start over. Seems buggy. Also the aesthetics of the app itself are either very dated or very low quality? It is not intuitive to use and when trying to book a service the only self serve options through the app are online.
