About this app

Onetime Rider is the official delivery app for registered riders on the OneTime platform. It provides delivery partners with the tools needed to receive and complete delivery tasks assigned through the system.

With Onetime Rider, delivery partners can:

Receive and accept delivery requests assigned through the platform

Navigate to pickup and drop-off locations using integrated mapping

Update delivery status during each stage of the trip

Manage active and completed delivery tasks

Receive notifications related to new requests and order updates

View delivery history

Onetime Rider supports deliveries for food, groceries, and other approved items within participating service areas. The app is intended for riders who have been onboarded and verified by the OneTime operations team.

This app requires an active rider account to access delivery features. Only approved delivery partners can log in.
