Great home test. The app is super convenient and easy to use. It also includes identifiers if needed to travel, for work, etc. whoever accepts it. I purchased the first box from Publix and liked them so much I ordered several more to have on hand. Not understanding all the negative reviews. I had no problem on my Android. Maybe it's the iPhone/iOS users who are having the most issues. It's not easy to find home tests these days and these are reasonably priced for a pack of 2. Have already recommended On/Go tests to my friends and family.

You don't need the app to do the test. Unless you need dated proof that you took it and the result, skip the app, it's super buggy. I was frequently unable to move from one screen to another after inputting info as the "next" button just remains grayed out. They were responsive to emails but the advice was to check my internet connection and log out and back in which did nothing to fix the issue. Had to use my husband's iphone and it seems to work fine so if you have an android you're sol.

You are correct, it is fine to complete the test without the app. We simply encourage our users to create an account for easy access to tests and vaccine records should they need them. As for the issues you experienced, we will look into this. Hope to make things right for you in the near future.

This app is bad, bad, bad. When the timer appeared, it suddenly reverted to the home screen & button names like 'screen.home.test.title' appeared. All the navigation buttons on screen were the same. If there was any testing of the app b4 it was sent to the app store, it was minimal at best. My advice - skip the app & do your test manually. 2 stars - the install went smoothly. 09/08/22 update - countdown clock on - I got a phone call & when I went back to app, the button names app names appeared
