Scan a barcode or search the catalog to receive stock, record usage, and transfer items between locations. Every accepted movement updates the shared workspace, so the people handling inventory and the people reviewing it on the web work from the same picture.

OnHandly is built for teams that carry parts to the work: HVAC and refrigeration crews, plumbers, electricians, low-voltage and security installers, facilities and maintenance teams, and service shops running several vans.

If your stock is spread across a warehouse, a stockroom, and four trucks, the number in the spreadsheet was wrong the moment a technician pulled a part on a job site. OnHandly records the movement where it happens, on the phone already in their pocket.

WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE

A delivery is scanned into the warehouse with its unit cost. Four valves move to Truck 12 before the first service call. A technician records two parts used at the job site. The warehouse lead finishes a blind cycle count and reviews the one variance. Purchasing opens a supplier-grouped order list with suggested quantities and estimated spend.

KEEP REPLACEMENT PARTS CONNECTED

Track every part number, barcode, location, quantity, supplier, and cost separately. When a manufacturer replaces a part number, link the old and current items so your team can use remaining stock without losing the identity or history of either part.

OnHandly connects to your organization’s secure cloud workspace. Owners and administrators manage the catalog, locations, replacement-part relationships, reporting, and plan on the web while team members handle day-to-day inventory from Android, iPhone, iPad, or a browser.

An OnHandly organization account is required. Solo is available as an auto-renewing subscription purchased in the app: $29.99 per month or $289.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play. Team and Pro are multi-seat plans bought by the business at onhandly.com and are not sold in the app.
