Samsung Galaxy Ultra 22, Android 16. Constantly has me re-login to do anything and just gives me a "white screen" as if its loading something, but nothing loads. Have to login mutiple times when I try to use the app. Appeared to work well on first login.

it's been weeks and I still can't download my rewards. No explanation, just that Redemption isn't available.

Update to response. I have done all that. I have tried the app on phone and computer. I have called customer service who are "looking into it". I have some success with just going on the website. Having trouble logging in on both the app and the website. I have customer service looking into it. But I've deleted and then reinstalled and still no luck.
