Having trouble logging in on both the app and the website. I have customer service looking into it. But I've deleted and then reinstalled and still no luck.

What a garbage app, doesn't allow me to connect my samsung health app, lists awful out of date directions. 2+ days for support.

EDIT: Googled beyondwell and tried to log in to their webpage, got the same error as I did when trying with a link through Regence's website. Customer service sent me the money I had earned through my participation up to the point I could no longer access the portal. Original: App didn't work, so I removed it and used the web portal through Regence. Now that portal doesn't work, and the app won't let me log in to try again. Conveniently for them, I hadn't redeemed my points for a gift card.
