I only use this app for 1-2 months each year, and I somehow end up having to call support at least twice a year on average. most recently, I finished 6 weeks of a challenge only to keep getting errors when I tried to do the final assessment. called and they said to do it on a browser, and the browser worked first time 🙃 don't bother with the app, it's absolutely useless, just go to the browser.

Update to response. I have done all that. I have tried the app on phone and computer. I have called customer service who are "looking into it". I have some success with just going on the website. Having trouble logging in on both the app and the website. I have customer service looking into it. But I've deleted and then reinstalled and still no luck.

Constant problems at the pin input screen. I know I entered the right code, but it just sits there without moving on to the next screen. Then when I click back a few times it has me completely sign in again and set a new pin. Then it still sits there doing nothing. update: login screen works better, but there are still quite a few glitches in the interactive programs.
