By choosing Onsite Pro: Business Management & Electronic Jobsheet App (formally known as iManage) you'll get your own, private, battle-ready, cloud and Android and iOS job sheet app-based business management system - where you can quickly and easily create and send great-looking, personalised, trackable PDF quotations, orders, job requests and invoices and live track staff locations and job progress as they work on the jobs you set them, from the comfort of your desk (or lounge!)

imanage (to become Onsite Pro) was conceived in 2012 and is directly supported from Lichfield (UK) - We hope our service fulfils all your businesses individual needs. We can at least guarantee that it will make your team task management, work management and billing so much easier than a traditional paper-based or excel, sage, emailing based systems.

Once a job has been received (live push) your field engineers record all on-site work activity, time, and parts used, before handing their mobile device to the customer to physically sign off. Once signed off, you and your customer immediately receive an email verification which contains a pdf attachment of the signed and geo-located Worksheet. Which you can then convert into an invoice back in the office (or pub!) in seconds.

If you have been waiting for a long time to get your hands on a Job management app that you can use via your tablet, the good news for you we have finally created a tablet version for Android!. Benefits over the phone view are that its easier to navigate - it looks nicer when handing to your customer to sign off and more features can be added in tablet version due to extra screen size. (Surveys coming Jan)

Tablet version for Android!

On the phone version, we’ve fixed bugs, updated core code, improved performance, and other lovely geeky stuff. New, Simplified looks and UX improvements, jobs list with jobs sorted by date and more.

We’ve worked hard on this update, and it has been successfully tested with multiple phones and tablets, but as its such a significant upgrade, please let us know if you spot any bugs that managed to avoid our swatter!.

Internal Document Signing
Allow engineer to receive and sign internal documents and upload to portal or email to customers.

This is for when you are wanting to get something signed by your engineer - risk assessments, health and safety material, contracts, anything that your customer needs you to have had your engineer read, agreed and signed off before / or when onsite.

Address Selection
Able to select the address if customer has multiple addresses.

Manage Attachments
Much better way to manage job sheet attachments, download, add, delete and view the attachments.


IMPORTANT ADVICE TO EXISTING USERS

Before you upgrade from the old iManage app to new Onsite Pro version - please make sure any draught jobs are completed. Although they are programmed to be copied over during upgrade, draughts are stored on your device locally, and with so many different combinations of hardware and software and some people root their phones, your device may wipe local data.
