Extremely disappointed. I’m paying for a premium subscription, but I'm constantly hit with arbitrary rate locks that make the service unusable when I actually need it. The model (v5.3) has become a nightmare—it completely ignores explicit instructions and gaslights you by doing things I never asked for, like forcing web searches or generating random images instead of just following the prompt. It feels like the guardrails are being tightened every single week without any notice, and the product

It's fun to use when it works. I use for writing poems, but recently, after the latest update, it broke the SwiftKey keyboard on my phone. The enter key on the keyboard used to skip a line but now it acts as a send key. The app, itself, has a send button so it's frustrating not being able to skip lines with the enter key. It also broke my writings.

So, it's a great AI engine, but you guys are pushing the money part a bit harshly. I don't seem to be able to have a conversation for longer than 5 minutes without having pro, minimum. even with plus, certain conversation would get limited to, what felt like, 5-10 messages, back and forth, MAX. I paid for plus, once, just to test it, and honestly, I hardly touch this app anymore. figure it out.
