Hello MiniPay Support Team, I am experiencing two issues with my account. First, I made a deposit yesterday but the funds have not reflected in my MiniPay wallet. Secondly, I also purchased an electricity recharge token through the app, but the transaction failed and the token was not delivered. The amount used for the purchase has not been reversed to my account. Please kindly look into these transactions and assist in resolving them. I would appreciate it if the deposit is credited

My experience with MiniPay has been very good. The app is reliable, easy to use, and it makes transactions convenient. I have been happy using it because it helps me send and receive money without much stress. However, the only small challenge I have noticed is that withdrawals are sometimes not credited quickly. It can take a little time before the money reflects after making a withdrawal. Aside from that, MiniPay is a great app and I enjoy using it for my transaction
