Ratings and reviews

They recently updated their system which led to a friend creating 2 accounts: one for his email and thr other for his phone number. Tried sending him money via the app by using the same method with his phone but he didn't receive the money that same day due being frozen in the account. My friend tried contacting customer service but they literally took them almost 24 hours to respond. When they finally responded, they told him that "the money will be released in a month". Don't use this app!

Advertises "You can also add money in 60+ countries using local payment methods, also with zero fees" in Europe, charges outrageous fees if you deposit in EUR. Otherwise good. Good cashback (5%) and interest (2% per week). Update 1: Doesn't work. All payments declined with reason "Do not honor". Update 2: Still doesn't work. $588.49 transaction declined for "insufficient balance" despite having $610.03 balance. Update 3: Finally worked. Charged me $11.17 (!) for €8.95 ($10.33) transaction (!)

What an absolute waste of time! Whilst you can earn a few bucks using mini apps, trying to withdraw your cash is an absolute nightmare. The support centre? An absolute joke. You have to explain the problem over and over again and send multiple screen shots. Wondering if this is not just a scam to get their number of downloads up and to get more people to use the equally dodgy mini apps.
