Don't need it, don't want it, pissed that I can't remove it. One more garbage bloatware app that no one would install on by choice. Very disappointed with OnePlus. Let me control MY device, or the next one will be another brand. If I can't do what I want without bloatware, I may as well buy a Samsung for the sake of compatibility and the incredible array of accessories.

I don't use wireless earphones cos wears the batteries out ad infinitum. Sure, wired headphones get tangled in weird and wonderful ways and can be a burden that way, but I can listen to music until the wire breaks and I have one ear then! Wireless can leave you wanting. Earbuds have kept dropping in and out for some reason. When I click the Uninstall button it pends and then it just goes back to needing an update. Can I/you uninstall please?

Updates are killing my headphones. Prices for headphones are higher and higher, but quality is lower and lower. I'll never buy your "high quality" earphones anymore, cause your developers don't know the meaning of updates. After updates I lost sound in one of my earphones. Not the first time! But with my PC working better. OnePlus buds don't work correctly with OnePlus 12
