About this app

"Wireless Earphones" is a system app that allows you to manage your OPPO and OnePlus earbuds. After connecting your earbuds, you can view the battery levels of both earbuds and the charging case in real time. This app also offers functions such as sound effect adjustment, gesture customization, and firmware OTA updates.
You cannot open this app directly. To use it, follow these steps:
After pairing your earbuds with your phone, tap "Settings" in the pop-up window to access the earbud function list. Alternatively, go to "Settings - Bluetooth" on your phone, tap your earbuds' name, and then tap "Earbud functions" to enter the earbud function list.

Don't need it, don't want it, pissed that I can't remove it. One more garbage bloatware app that no one would install on by choice. Very disappointed with OnePlus. Let me control MY device, or the next one will be another brand. If I can't do what I want without bloatware, I may as well buy a Samsung for the sake of compatibility and the incredible array of accessories.

My Oneplus bullets wireless z2 only works with my Media output only, it's not working in phone calls. when I receive the phone call with earphone connected and it's showing in connected with my earphone I'm not getting the audio in earphone only phone receiver speaker getting. fix the issue developer

Developers, are you evolving in the opposite direction? On the Bullet Z2 wireless earphones, to END THE CALL the button has to be clicked in 3 SLOW successions. That's stupid. Single click to MUTE doesn't work. Double click to HANG-UP doesn't work. Single click to ANSWER doesn't work.
