Ratings and reviews

Very poor support from opodo. I have tried to cancel my free trial by contacting customer service but it appears that you can only speak to someone if you have a flight number. There is no option to speak to anyone else for other reasons; and the app isn't proving to be that reliable, especially when attempting to cancel the subscription. Opodo took the subscription fee from my account and my bank has been notified. I would have given this app 0 stars but I wasn't able to.

App is pretty great, user friendly and really smooth compared to web. Prime membership saves you a huge amount of money if you fly often - I travel once per month (return flight) and yearly membership price payed off in 2 months. However, their customer support is quite bad. In "live" chat there's only a bot replying, and if you want to call support directly its a long wait and ends up being 20 minute call, which costed quite a bit.

Opodo are a fraudulent company. So many of us have been waiting for a refund for years now! It's impossible to get hold of them, all chat bots and automatic email replies. The app doesn't update correctly and flights that have been cancelled show as departed. When trying to look for information the app goes on a loop so you never get anywhere. Don't bother with the app or with the company!
