I don't know if it's because the app is still new and all, but I am finding difficult to receive OTP on both my mobile number and email, and the frustrating part is I cannot move to the next category of 8 if i dont finish the one i am currently on., it just leaves me to unfinished requirements of (0/8). I really hope they work on it fast but aside that, I love the typography, the UI and the user experience.

I've been trying to get my face verified on the App for what seems like ages, but it kept failing. I've tried different styles, different backgrounds, different emails, even outside and inside still the same. I've reached out to their customer service, no response! I simply want ask if this is what you call efficiency and outstanding amongst others, cause I've never experienced such with all the other apps. please I honestly want to make use of your App, until then, the review remains this way!

This is the worst app on Play store that I have used. It was doing very well until their recent update. All the accrued interest on my locked fund disappeared. To even log in became a problem. I tried reaching out to their customer care by sending an email but up till now there's no response. When eventually I later had access, I have to withdraw my money not minding the loss of the interest. I don't think they are ready for business.
