If you are thinking about purchasing Oracle don't bother. Product looks like it stepped out of the 1990s, it's slow, buggy as hell, terrible user experience. Oracle Confusion word be a better name. Simple expenses fail no-one can figure out why. Its absolute garbage. Even Oracle doesn't use their product for expenses it's that bad. Cannot comment on the numerous allegations of security breaches on Oracle Cloud in 2025. Avoid like the plague!

This really is a horrendous app. I used to use a competitor ERP and it's mobile app is far superior (and that's comparing it to their app from 2008!!!!). If you don't upload items immediately they disappear, you can't build a template at the start of your trip so you can add receipts as you go, you can't submit a report from the app and lately when I submit mileage it tells me i can't have a future date, even though the item date is 3 days ago. Come on Oracle, surely you can do better.

Waste of time, my company asked me to use this, takes forever to login, milage claimes submitted in the app, but were rejected. No notifications. Milage tracker does not work (6hrs 0 miles recorded), only good point is that it remembers your last project code selection which speeds things up a bit. But when you find your claim has been sitting unsubmitted for 15 days and you need to wait another month to get you money back, do you really care? Utter Rubbish.
