Core Capabilities
1. Secure Login & User Management
Users log in securely with username/password authentication. Password recovery and new user registration are supported to ensure smooth onboarding. Multi-company selection is available when applicable.
2. Main Menu Dashboard
Navigate seamlessly to all modules — Service Orders, Service History, Customer Inquiry, Schedule Inquiry, and Service Item Inquiry — through a responsive, icon-driven menu optimized for mobile devices.
3. Service Orders Management
Access and manage assigned and in-progress service orders, displaying critical details such as Service No., Customer Name, Contact, Service Type, Date, and Status. Update service order statuses, create job activities, and sync data in real time with Business Central.
4. Job Activity Tracking
Each service order includes a Job Activity Details module with multiple tabs:
Details: Record time, issues, resolution notes, and completion status.
Checklist: Track task completion by service type.
Items: Log spare parts used during service.
Resources: Track tools, personnel, or equipment deployed.
Photos: Capture visual documentation of work performed.
Technicians can preview deployment forms, collect digital signatures, and email signed PDFs directly to customers.
5. Service History & Reporting
View and search past service jobs by Service No. or Customer Name. Drill down into historical records to access associated job activities, notes, and resource usage.
6. Customer & Schedule Inquiry
Quickly access customer details or look up upcoming scheduled jobs and weekly resource schedules for better planning and coordination.
7. Service Item Inquiry
Search and review equipment or serviceable items by Item Name or Item Code, ensuring technicians have accurate, real-time data in the field.
